IKIJI’s Polo Shirts continue to evolve.

We started development in 2012.

Having worked on polo shirts for many famous brands on OEM basis, we started developing polo shirts in our company to make the ultimate polo shirts for our customers.

We decided to use  extra long staple fiber, soft, lustrous, high-grade Indian DCH32 for the cotton, and we considered the yarn count and selected 43/1, particular yarn count, which prevent see through for the color white, even specified the yarn twisting rotation, and specially ordered from India. The original yarn is used for this product, which is not available anywhere else. The yarn is knitted in Japan and made into fabric.

This DCH32 cotton is grown in the closest way to nature without using a lot of chemicals, and therefore it is also an ecological raw material that is environmentally friendly to humans and the earth.

We study polo shirts of various brands for patterns, and as a manufacturer, we are concerned with comfort and silhouette. It usually takes several prototypes to make a polo shirt, but this polo shirt has gone through more than 50 prototypes to date.

One season, we changed the pattern and the specifications little by little, and we were very careful about the details that you can’t see, and our modelist of the company wore three polo shirts every day, thoroughly examined which polo shirts were the best. That season, the team began selling evolved polo shirts that combined the best features of all three shirts.

The sewing machine is changed around the arms and underarms, and even the sewing direction is carefully considered.

The technology that has been cultivated as a cut-and-sewn manufacturer is condensed, and with an insatiable spirit of inquiry, the company is repeatedly making revisions. The polo shirt is one of IKIJI’s signature products that continue to evolve without being perfected.
