Omotenashi (Japanese Hospitality)

The famous catch phrase at the time of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics invitation was “Omotenashi” (Hospitality). There are no words in the world that appealed in Japanese. Is this translated into English “hospitality”? This is essentially an act that smoothly embodies not only people but also people, society, environment, nature, etc. through customer service and treatment.

This “Omotenashi” (hospitality) is a combination of the visible “things” and the invisible “things”, creating a comfortable space and satisfying customers.
